Services
Digital Tamila provides digital marketing services including website design, SEO, Meta Ads, and brand strategy. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon in writing before work commences.
Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is required before project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per the agreed payment schedule for retainer services.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all creative assets developed specifically for the client become the client's property. Digital Tamila retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Digital Tamila's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu.
