Refund Policy
Project-Based Services
The 50% advance payment for project-based services (website design, branding) is non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before commencement, the advance will be refunded within 7 business days.
Monthly Retainer Services
For monthly retainer services (SEO, Meta Ads management), cancellation notice must be provided 30 days in advance. Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, but no further charges will be made after the notice period ends.
Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue through revisions. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
